Ingredients:


• 4 large pork loin chops

• 225 g can pineapple pieces 

• 100 g shaved leg ham, roughly chopped

• 2 teaspoons dried oregano

• 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

• 1 cup grated cheese


Method :


Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chops into a large ovenproof baking dish.


Step 2

Mix together pineapple, ham, oregano, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto chops. Sprinkle with cheese.


Step 3

Bake chops for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with salad or vegetables.
