Orange Pork Spare Ribs


Ingredients:

1 Cup Orange Marmalade

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 

1 Cup Tomato Sauce 

2 Cloves Garlic Crushed

Dash of Tabasco Sauce (optional)

1.2 kg Pork Spare Ribs


Method: 

Preheat oven to 210C. Place marmalade, soy sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and tabasco sauce into a saucepan. Stir over low heat until marmalade is disolved and mixture boils. Add ribs, cover and simmer for 15 mins. Place ribs onto baking tray with hot marmalade. Roast in oven for 20 mins until ribs are tender.
