All our sausages are made on the premises. They are all gluten free.
Lamb and rosemary sausages are yet another popular flavour for us. The lamb we use comes locally from Warwick.
Pork sausages are also made in both thick and thin skins. They are made from 100% Australian pork. Pork sausages are a great favourite for curried sausages plus so much more.
Our beef sausages are made in both thin and thick skins to suit everyone's needs. They are great for the barbecue, fantastic wrapped in a piece of bread. The beef we use comes locally from Warwick.
Worcestershire and cracked pepper sausages are not a hot sausage but they do have that extra bit of flavour to make them really special.
Beachmere bangers are a specialty of ours. They are a beef sausage but are a little more course then most sausages. They also have a little extra flavour to make them unique.
Our Italian sausages have a similar texture to our Beachmere bangers although they have a bit more flavour. They have a variety of herbs and a touch of garlic add to achieve their awesome flavour.
The chicken sausages are made from lilydale free range chickens. They go great on the barbecue and the kids love them.
